Besides, Forrest Gump won six academy awards, including Best Picture, Best Visual Effects, Best Director, a

In addition, the movie is with great background music to let the audience having a strong impression.The hero, played by Tom Hanks, is a thoroughly decent man, who manages between the 1950s and the 1980s to become involved in every major event in American history. And he survives them
4、 all with only honesty and niceness as his shields.However ,the man is also a thoroughly unfortunate man who was born with a lower IQ and the muscle problem, usually, people always think this kind of person cant be successful in doing anything. 8、his steps. Forrest has his own perseverance, keeping on running without of any reason, JUST RUNS. He said: “Man has to look forward, and never encumbered by foretime. I think thats the meaning of my running.” Just say goodbye to foretime . Although so many people in the world are used to follow othe
9、rs and few people can stick to one thing, Forrest does and becomes “GOD”. There is another character Captain Dan. Dan lost his legs in Vietnam War. He said that his fate is death in war. However, Forrest saved him and let him be alive. After losing legs, Dan was decadent and disgusted with life, com
10、plaining that Forrest should not save him. When he adjusted his mind, living on fishing with Forrest, he started to enjoy the wonderful life and thank Forrests help. I should read the novel to get the authors intention (I remember some people preferring the book and complaining that no one at the Academy Awards gave him any

But rather than an implication that you should do what youre supposed to do and believe in God and youll win in the end, I see it as zen-like, i.e., living in the moment and not having expectations or particular cravings (other than his loving Jenny.) So he ends up just stumbling into all

Granted, he achieves this only because he doesnt have the brains to think otherwise and actually have expectations, but so many of our problems are because we do have higher intellect and desires, which ironically makes us unhappy because we know what we are
15、missing. We love our cats and dogs for the same simplicity and always being in the moment. This way you do not only have an enjoyable time when you watch this movie, you also have a view on your life through Forrest Gumps life.Ultimately, however, any gripes about Forrest Gump are minor.
