7、发,至今一期已入住,二期基本售馨,三期将要开盘,本次设计范围为四期商业地块,本期集购物中心、产业办公、商务公寓为一体,未来将成为本区块最重要的商业购物中心。顶配大城,让生活领先一城让自然融入都会,让生活更加舒适便捷。The city covers an area of about 550000 square meters,the future will be the overall planning for covering the high-end residential,commercial center,the humanities education,Stars Hotel,Resid

14、通系统:现状道路:宝安大道、航城大道、广深公路规划道路:金盛路、黄田路、固兴路、共和工业路、洲石路随着机场东的开发建设,即将连通黄田路,金盛路。桃源居是项目重要的客群。由于广深公路为准快速路,不能实现与航城大道的东西向直行,洲石头路开通后,就能加强桃源居与基地的联系,增大场地内客流。With the development and construction of the east of the airport is connected,Huang Tian Lu,Jinsheng road.Taoyuan is an important project in the customer base

16、iod commercial landscape concept design解读INTERPRETATION ARCHITECTURAL FORMALIZATION ANALYSIS建筑形式解读建筑形式ARCHITECTUR STYLE建筑形式为现代主义风格,具有流畅简洁的线条和功能为主导的简约造型。在设计上采用了体块穿插的手法,利用玻璃构架的简单错位令视觉产生穿插效果,中心广场趣味性的灯笼小房子及大斜坡的景观加上 LED 大雨棚的设计,都是为了把入口处的人流引入腹地,提升腹地的商业价值。THE CONSTRUCTION FORM OF MODERN STYLE,WITH SIMPLE AN

17、D SMOOTH LINES AND SIMPLE FUNCTION ORIENTED.IN THE DESIGN OF THE BLOCK WITH THE TECHNIQUE,USING A SIMPLE DISLOCATION STRUCTURE PRODUCED WITH GLASS SO THAT THE VISUAL EFFECT,DESIGN CENTER SQUARE INTEREST LANTERNS SMALL HOUSE AND BIG SLOPE LANDSCAPE WITH LED BIG CANOPY,IS TO PUT THE FLOW INTO THE HINT

18、ERLAND,ENHANCE THE COMMERCIAL VALUE OF THE ABDOMEN.建筑的空间布局极为丰富,叠层多变。形体的交错与拼接组合成了不同的空间类型,有户外露天的开敞空间,有休息庭院的私密空间,还有建筑室内外交界处与建筑庭院相互融合的灰空间。THE SPATIAL LAYOUT OF THE BUILDING IS VERY RICH,LAMINATED AND CHANGEABLE.THE FORM AND COMBINATION OF SPACE STAGGERED INTO DIFFERENT TYPES,WITH OUTDOOR OPEN SPACE,THER

19、E IS A COURTYARD SPACE,GRAY SPACE AND INDOOR AND OUTDOOR COURTYARD JUNCTION AND BUILDING INTEGRATION.建筑的材料以金属,玻璃、石材为主,整个地块建筑的整体基调简洁大气,体现商业区块的高贵与现代感。其中裙房的设计以米黄色洞石灰石为主,公寓里面采用有机组合石材与玻璃窗的结合,使整个地块整齐统一又丰富活泼。BUILDING MATERIALS TO METAL,GLASS,STONE,THE OVERALL TONE OF THE ENTIRE BLOCK BUILDING SIMPLE ATMOSP
