2、杨浦滨江南段是杨浦十五公里水岸滨江开发的重要篇章，是综合城市功能的滨水开放空间，主要城市功能包括旅游观光、休闲娱乐，商务办公、创业产业。我们的团队为充满工业历史韵味的场地注入新的活力和能量。杨浦滨江南段长约5公里，开放空间规划设计面积66.4公顷。基地内有丰富的工业历史建筑，包括造船业工厂、纺织业工厂、仓库、及基础设施，正式百年工业的体现，她曾是带领中国工业发展起飞的发动机，代表着中国工业的辉煌时代。杨浦未来的规划中，场地历史将被重新书写，一个新的时代将诞生，城市产业结构将从工业生产型产业，转变成以旅游、商业、社区生活，和创意产业为主的都市服务型产业。绵延于杨浦的15.5公里黄浦江岸线，被称为

3、“中国近代工业文明长廊”，也曾被联合国教科文组织专家称为世界上仅存的工业纽带。我们的团队为为场地打造了后工业时代的景观，歌颂着杨浦百年历史文化，在赋予新的城市功能的同时，为场地注入精神灵魂成为真正的城市左岸。The tremendous civic opportunity presented by the proposed development of the Yangupu District waterfront has inspired our team to develop the concept of City Wharf:a vibrant mixed-use waterfront

4、that celebrates Yangpus industrial heritage and reconnects the city to the water.Shanghai has always had a strong relationship to its river.The Huangpu River serves as the citys transport network,its front door,its point of orientation and its civic identity.Recently there has been a global resurgen

5、ce of urban waterfront development,as cities around the world rediscover and recon-nect to their waterfronts.Shanghais riverfront has also undergone a remarkable transformation in recent years.In addition to the Bund,Shanghais traditional center,a number of key waterfront projects have been develope

6、d including the Corniche,the Cool Docks and the Shanghai Expo Park,which have transformed the Huangpu River into a world-class waterfront open space and re-focused the orientation of the city to the river.Yangpus vision for its riverfront is a major part of an ambitious plan for the regeneration of

7、the entire district,and part of a wider transformation of 15 kilometers of the districts industrial waterfront.Focusing on tourism,finance,creative industries,education,high-tech research,and recreation,this vibrant future-looking program will regenerate this historic industrial site into a new cutt

8、ing-edge city on the water.This 66-hectare,five-kilometer long site has a proud industrial heritage,being the home of the first factories in China focused on ship-building,textile manufacturing,warehouses and water and electrical utility plants.The District Governments proposed master plan represent
