1、I、 0相关图纸: Relevant Drawing: 主厂房钢结构安装图F312S;Steel Structure Erection Drawing of Main Building F312S 工程概况: Project Overview: 越南汪秘热电厂期扩建1330MW工程,位于汪秘原厂一侧,主厂房钢结构布置在AC排及18轴上,包括汽机房和煤仓间,汽机房吊装高度30米,煤仓间吊装高度47米。Uongbi Power Plant Extension Project No.2 (1X330MW) is at one side of the old plant. Steel structur

2、e is laid out at A-C axis and 1-8 axis of main building, covering turbine house and coal bunker bay. Lifting height of turbine house and coal bunker bay is 30m and 47m respectively. 0.000m标高为绝对标高9.000m。The elevation of0.000m equals to absolute elevation of 9.000m. 主厂房上部结构为全钢结构,节点连接采用焊接和大六角头高强螺栓连接。Su

3、perstructure of main building is steel structure. Nodes are connected together through welding and by hexagonal head high-strength bolts. 高强螺栓连接的摩擦面的摩擦系数:Q345B钢不小于0.5,Q235B钢不小于0.45。The friction coefficient between friction surface of high strength bolt connection shall be: no less than 0.5 for Q345B

9、completes. 工器具准备完成。Preparation of machines & tools completes. 吊装机械到场。Lifting machines on site. 测量定位出基础轴线和标高线。Surveying & setting-out of foundation axis and elevation 根据构件重量选择钢丝绳直径、长度、卡环规格等。Selecting diameter and length of wire rope, specification of length as per member weight. 钢架到货检查:根据图纸、供货清单对其规格、

10、数量进行验收。Checking of steel frames: Acceptance & inspection of their dimensions and quantity according to drawings and supply list. 施工主要流程Main construction procedure 基础定位划线第一层钢结构安装基础二次灌浆第二层钢结构安装第三层钢结构安装,依次类推各层楼板施工。Setting-out & positioning of foundation-installation of 1st-floor steel structure-seconda

11、ry grouting of foundation-2nd-floor steel structure-3rd-floor steel structure. The same procedures are also applicable to the rest floors in turn. 钢丝绳受力为:Wire rope stress : 吊装时的安全系数:Safety factor of lifting: 所选钢丝绳需满足安全系数K4.5;Selected wire rope shall meet the requirements for safety factor (K4.5); 其中

12、: P构件重量; 钢丝绳所受作用力;Force exerted on wire rope; 钢丝绳破断拉力;Tensile force for wire rope failure; 吊装过程中根据构件重量可以计算出钢丝绳受力大小,确定钢丝绳直径。During lifting, wire rope stress can be calculated according to member weight to decide diameter of wire rope. 主厂房钢构件吊装时常用的方法如下图:(钢丝绳与钢构件棱角接触处必须用衬垫物,防止钢丝绳受到损伤)。0进行安装前,机械到场、工器具等准

13、备工作做好。 2、 Common method for steel member lifting of main building is as follows :( Underlay must be placed at the arris intersection of wire rope and steel member to prevent damage of wire rope.3、 Machines shall arrive at site and tools shall be well prepared prior to installation. 基础划线:由测量工程师用测量仪器对

14、安装轴线进行定位,并加工好垫板。Foundation setting-out:Survey engineer shall set out the axis for installation and make backing plates. 吊装前在立柱上、下两端标注好中心线,待立柱吊装并临时固定好后,用经纬仪和钢直尺测出立柱垂直度偏差。Center line shall be marked at upper and lower end of columns prior to lifting, then theodolite and straight steel ruler are used t

15、o measure plumbness deviation of columns when columns are lifted and temporarily fixed. 第一阶段开始87轴钢架安装,以四根立柱为一个方框单元。待第一层钢架安装完成后,验收合格,对柱脚进行灌浆,同时进行A排8-7 轴钢架安装;随后进行二层及二层以上部分进行安装,最后进行汽机房屋架安装;平台、梯子等附件同步进行安装。随后进行7-6轴钢架安装,同8-7轴安装。At the 1st stage:Start steel frame installation of 8-7 axis with four columns

16、as a frame unit, grout the column footing after 1st floor steel frame installation completes and is inspected as qualified. Meanwhile install steel frames of 87-A axis; Then install 2nd floor and upper parts and roof truss of turbine house. Accessories such as platform and ladders are installed at t

17、he same time. After that install the steel frames of 7-6 axis with the same procedure. 开始第二阶段吊装,250t履带吊首先完成B、C排65轴第一层钢架安装,待验收合格后,进行柱脚灌浆,随后进行B、C排65轴第二层,第三层和第四层钢结构安装,最后进行行车梁和汽机房屋架安装;以此类推,B、C排65轴安装完成后,依次进行B、C排54、43、32、21轴钢结构安装。Start lifting at the second stage, use 250t crawler crane to install the 1st

18、-floor steel frame of B, C axis and 6-5 axis, then grout the column footings after being tested as qualified, subsequently install the 2nd-floor, 3rd-floor and 4th-floor steel frame of B, C axis and 6-5 axis, and install crane beams and roof truss of turbine house at last to finish installation of B

19、, C axis and 6-5 axis. After that, steel structures will be installed for B, C axis and 5-4 axis, 4-3 axis, 3-2 axis and 2-1 axis one after the other. 在吊装BC钢结构的同时,进行AA1钢结构的吊装。Lifting of steel frames of B-C axis and A-A1 axis will be carried out at the same time. 汽机间剩余钢结构安装待行车安装以后,再用行车进行安装汽机间钢架。The r

20、est of steel structures in turbine house will be installed after the overhead traveler is ready and commissioned. 高强螺栓的穿入方向,以施工方便为准,并注意整齐美观,尽可能保证穿入方向一致。High-tensile bolts shall be penetrated in a direction to facilitate construction and be tidy. The penetration shall be kept in one direction as poss

21、ible. 经检查合格后的高强螺栓连接处,按要求进行涂漆防锈。As for those joints of high-tensile bolts as qualified, painting and rusting protection shall be made as per requirements. 质量保证措施:Quality assurance measures: 加强工序质量交底,增强施工人员质量意识和明确质量标准。Strengthen instruction on process quality, quality awareness and specify quality sta

22、ndards. 主厂房钢结构安装前成立质量监督网络体系,对整个钢结构安装质量进行监督和检查。Both power house steel structure pre-installation came into existence quality monitoring network system,versus wholly steel structure fix quality exercise control and inspection. 钢结构在安装前接头节点处应清理干净。Joints and nodes shall be cleaned ahead of steel structur

23、e erection. 高强螺栓在安装后应及时进行初拧、复拧工作,在构建找正验收后进行终拧工作。High strength bolts shall be screwed down in time and screwed again after installation. When steel members are aligned and inspected, final screwing shall be conducted. 雨天不允许拧紧螺栓。 It is forbidden to screw down the bolts in the rainy days. 高强螺栓的初拧、复拧、终拧

24、应在24h之内完成。Primary, secondary and final screwing of high-strength bolt shall be finished within 24 hours. 高强螺栓拧紧顺序为“节点中心向四周扩散,先主要构件后次要构件,每层构件先顶部、再底部、后中间”。High strength bolts shall be screwed down in such sequence: from node center to the around, from primary member to the secondary member. From top t

25、o the bottom at each floor. 严禁在高强螺栓、钢架连接板、钢架接头的摩擦面、顶板梁上打火引弧或进行其他焊接工作。It is forbidden to strike fire, generate the arc or weld on the friction surface of high-strength bolts, steel frame connecting plate and steel frame joints. 摩擦面要防止沾染赃物或油污,并严禁作任何标志Taint or oily soil shall not appear on friction sur

26、face. No signs are allowed. 安全施工保证措施Safe construction measures 作业人员只有身体健康才能进入施工现场。Only healthy operating staff is allowed to enter the construction site. 作业人员必须穿劳动防护用品,施工现场必须有安全员和医疗。Operating staff must wear protective articles and there must be the safety man and medical treatment staff at site. 每个

27、吊装施工区域必须有安全警示装置,严禁在正常工作的设备下走动。There must be safety warning devices in each lifting area. Walking under the running equipment is not allowed. 作业人员严禁酒后作业。No operating staff is allowed after drinking alcohol. 构件在起重过程中,构件离地面15cm时,应停车检查构件是否绑扎牢固,然后缓慢提升。During member hoisting, when it is 15cm above ground,

28、 crane shall be stopped to check the fastness of member connection, then members are lifted slowly. 运输设备的车辆不能超载,在车停稳后方可装卸。Vehicles for device transportation shall not be overloaded and unload the equipment when trucks stop unsteadily. 设备在运输过程中,要绑扎牢固。Equipment shall be colligated firmly during transp

29、ortation. Crane road must be leveled and solid. Soft soil layer shall be treated. Sleeper or steel plate is paved on the road when necessary. Crane shall not be parked on slope. 起重机严禁超负荷吊装,如必须超负荷吊装时,经计算,采取有效的安全措施,经项目总工批准后方可进行。在某些特殊情况下难以避免时,应采取措施,如:在起重机吊杆上拉缆风或在其尾部增加平衡重等。起重机增加平衡重后,卸载或空载时,吊杆必须落到与水平夹角60

30、以内。在操作时应缓慢进行。It is forbidden to lift in an overload way. If overload lifting must be conducted, effective safety measures shall be taken and approved by the chief engineer. Under particular circumstances, measures shall be taken such as: tie guy rope on transverse member or add more balancing weight

31、 at its end, etc. After increasing the balancing weight, suspender and the horizontal surface shall take at degree of 60during unloading or in no-load condition. Slow operation shall be made. 禁止斜吊。起吊的重物不在起重机起重臂顶的正下方,因而当将捆绑重物的吊索挂上吊钩后,吊钩滑车组不与地面垂直,而与水平线成一个夹角。斜吊会造成超负荷及钢丝绳出槽,甚至造成拉断绳索。斜吊还会使重物在离开地面后发生快速摆动,

32、可能碰伤人或其他物体。No inclined lifting. Lifting heavy parts shall not be under the tip of crane boom. When the sling is hanged on crane hooks, its hook tackle is not vertical to the ground, but takes an included angle to horizontal line. Inclined lifting may cause overload or shoot offset of wire rope, even

33、 cable fracture. It also leads to quick swinging of heavy parts and injury. 起重机应避免带载行驶,作短距离带载行走时,荷载不得超过允许重量的80,构件离地面不得大于50cm,并将构件转至正前方,拉好溜绳,控制构件摆动。Cranes shall not run in load. As for on-load travelling in short distance, load cant exceed 80% of allowable weight. Members shall be mo more than 50cm a

34、bove ground and be transported dead ahead and tied with ropes to control its wiggle. 绑扎构件的吊索方法应正确牢靠。所有起重机具应定期检查。Sling must be used correctly and firmly. All cranes shall be checked periodically. 不吊重量不明的重大构件或设备。Heavy members or equipment of unknown-weight shall not be hoisted. 禁止在六级风及六级以上的情况下进行吊装作业。I

35、t is forbidden to lift in case of strong breeze or stronger wind. 起重吊装的指挥人员作业时应与起重机驾驶员密切配合,执行规定的指挥信号。驾驶员应听从指挥,当信号不清或错误时,驾驶员可拒绝执行。Lifting commanders shall closely cooperate with the crane driver and use specified commanding signal. Driver shall listen to the command. If it is not clear or wrong, driv

36、er can refuse it. 严禁起吊重物长时间悬挂在空中,作业中遇突发故障,应采取措施将重物降落到安全地方,并关闭发动机或切断电源进行检修。It is not allowed to suspend a heavy part in the air for a long time. Heavy part shall be lowered to the safe place if there is any sudden failure during operation. Motor shall be shut off or power supply is cut off for mainte

37、nance. 操作人员在进行高处作业时,必须正确使用安全带。安全带一般高挂低用,即将安全带绳端的钩环挂于高处,而人在低处操作。在进行高处作业时每个操作人员必须配备速插防坠器。While working at height, staff must wear safety belt correctly. When safety belt is used, hook is hanged at higher place and people operates at lower place. Each operator at high place must have the falling protec

38、tor. 在高处使用撬杠时,人要立稳,如附近有脚手架或已安装好的构件,应一手扶住,一手操作。撬杠插进深度要适宜,如果撬杠距离较大,则应逐步撬动,不宜急于求成。While using crowbar at high places, people shall stand steadily. If there is any scaffold or installed members, the staff shall hold it and operate by one hand. Inserting depth of crowbar shall be proper. If crowbar dista

39、nce is larger, slow crowing shall be taken. 雨天进行高处作业时,必须采取可靠的防滑措施。作业处和构件上有水、应及时清除。遇有六级以上强风、暴雨等恶劣气候,不得从事露天高处吊装作业。暴风雪及暴雨后,应对高处作业安全设施逐一加以检查,发现有松动、变形、损坏或脱落等现象,应立即修理完善。In case of working at height in rainy days, reliable anti-sliding measures shall be taken. Water on operating place and members shall be

40、cleaned in time. Under the circumstance of over 6-grade wind or storm, any lifting at high place in an open air is not allowed. After the storm passes, safety facilities for work at height shall be checked one by one. Maintenance and improvement shall be made if there is any loose, deformation, dama

41、ge or peeling off. 登高用软爬梯必须固定牢靠,软爬梯如损坏严重,则停止使用。软爬梯使用前要检查,确保可靠后方可使用。Soft ladder must be fixed firmly. It shall not be used if it is seriously damaged. It must be prechecked to confirm its reliability and then use it. 操作人员在脚手板上通行时,应思想集中,脚手板必须绑扎牢固。When the operating staff work on the ledger board, they must be careful and ledger board must be c
