6、纽区位分析LOCATION ANALYSISBACKGROUND AND CURRENT SITUATION ANALYSIS作为中国经济最繁盛，城市化速度最快的地区之一，珠江三角洲产业也正在转型，从劳动密集、附加值低的轻工业向技术含量高的执照也转型。产业转型要求与之相匹配的城市发展模式的变化，珠江三角洲城市化进程需要有意识塑造高品质的区域新中心，为发展创造新的载体。粤东地区的经济发展和城市建设较为缓慢，因此保留了宜居的环境基底。深汕合作区的建设是深圳对粤东城的一次输出，更是珠三角地区一个全新的增长机遇，并有机会成为其城市化模式转型的新范式。As one of Chinas most pros

21、 60 米以上河坡度 25%以上相对集中的山地定义为主要山体地形，此类山体以山林保护为主，可兼容一定量环境影响较小的城市休闲活动。现状水系基地的山体地形构成一些列溪谷，主要的溪流自东向西望赤石河汇集。东侧沿山地地势较高处有一系列水库和蓄洪设施。现状河流防洪滥标准较低，沿赤石河及主要溪流的大部分平坦地区有较高的洪泛风险。农田、林地和生态敏感区城市化过程将对基地农地位置造成影响，尽可能通过调整置换，将农地与未来城市开放空间相结合，使农业种植成为城市生活中的一部分。Current terrainThe base has a hilly terrain,and the main channel Chi
