1、.二广黄田绥江大桥主墩现浇支架牛腿设置方案在C30盖梁两侧各预埋5块44041520mm的A3钢板,在钢板上设置锚板和锚固钢筋。现针对 “牛腿应检算牛腿附近局部抗拉、抗压强度等并采用有限元复核牛腿附近混凝土受力情况,是否造成局部混凝土破坏。”我单位利用midas软件进行了有限元分析计算。计算说明如下:a) 因为要检算混凝土的下边缘压应力(见应力表中的Cb3(+y-z)和Cb4(-y-z)),所以在建立模型时将牛腿按预埋锚板的截面尺寸简化为同截面钢柱,检算结果不影响混凝土的压应力。b) 牛腿外加力值按计算单中的横梁支点反力最大值值定故。为了软件分析方便、安全,所有的牛腿荷载力都按此力分布。c)
2、预埋件锚筋要通长布置,并加设箍筋进行加强,箍筋的布置按构造筋布置;锚板下缘加钢筋网进行加强。d) 软件计算毕竟是理想状态控制,实际加载、施工中必须随时观测牛腿处的变化,有异常情况随时处理。e) 模型单元中的牛腿最不利截面为1j-35i,3j-36i,7j-24j(跨中),18j-38i,20j-37i。f) 应力表中,涂成黄色的数据属于牛腿最不利截面处的应力。g) 牛腿焊缝必须严格把关。将应力表转化为excel表,详见如下:应力表单元荷载位置Cb(min/max) (kPa)Cb1(-y+z) (kPa)Cb2(+y+z) (kPa)Cb3(+y-z) (kPa)Cb4(-y-z) (kPa)
